Vehicle found

State police said that a blue all-terrain vehicle was found sitting in a creek on Hope Hollow Road on Wednesday. Anyone with information regarding the ATV or wants to claim it can call police at 724-439-7111.



Vehicle recovered

Uniontown police said police in Maryland recovered a motorcycle that was reported stolen from Uniontown on Tuesday afternoon.



Woman charged

Katelyn Nicole Dalton, 18, of Ellwood City was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, public drunkenness, underage drinking and disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street Nov. 1, Southwest Regional police said.



Man cited

Brian Sheraw, 38, of Uniontown was cited for harassment for allegedly becoming involved in a physical altercation with Laura Sheraw, 40, and Donald M. Feaden, 41, at a location on Route 51 at 1:45 a.m. Nov. 1, state police said.



Vehicles collide

State police in Waynesburg said no one was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Route 19 around 12:30 p.m. Nov. 6. Robert A. Swartz, 52, of Greensboro, and Marlys A. Johnson, 55, of McClellandtown were the drivers, police said.



Store robbed

State police in Waynesburg are investigating a robbery that occurred at the 7-11 convenience store on Route 21 in Waynesburg around 12:46 a.m. Thursday.



Man cited

John Kessler of Uniontown was cited for harassment following an incident on Winona Street at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday, Uniontown police said.



Gun stolen

Ralph Morrison of Dunbar told police that his handgun was stolen from his home on York Street Nov. 1, state police said.



Man charged

Leonard Marovich of Uniontown was charged with violating a protection-from-abuse order following an incident at a home on Lawn Avenue at 2:53 p.m. Monday, Uniontown police said.



Two charged

State police said Brandon A. Tate, 25, of Point Marion and Jenifer L. Gettemy, 32, of Fairchance were charged after being involved in an altercation at 47 Lyons Ave. at 5:51 a.m. Saturday. Police said Tate was charge with harassment and criminal mischief for allegedly breaking the rearview mirror off Gettemy's vehicle. Gettemy was charged with harassment for her role in the incident, police said. All charges were filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Randy Abraham.
