Closings presented in federal suit filed against Fayette County

PITTSBURGH — After hearing several days of testimony, a panel of federal jurors began deliberating Thursday to determine whether the constitutional rights of a former Bullskin church and several of its members were violated by Fayette County during a drug raid on church property in 2009.
