Officials  said that the woman driving the car suffered serious injuries when the car crashed into a guardrail on Route 119 and then rolled down the steep embankment shortly before 10 a.m. The woman, who was not identified, was flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment. Emergency personnel from American Ambulance joined volunteer firefighters from South Union Township at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the state police.
