Great Job to the newspaper for reporting about this. I read the HS online from Tennesses since I was raised in Uniontown. They idea that all that money was "found" by one attorney yet undiscovered by the other in bonds is astonishing. Yet if I read this righ the attorney who couldn't find them said his file is open. Gee it might be open but it seems incomplete at best! I think this stuff happens there all the time just this time people seem like they are fighting it. Maybe this will help others see that you can fight for what was right and not just let attorneys tell you what "they think is right because it benefits them" I will keep my eyes open for more to come on this fight on your parents deserve it from you.

I wish the people luck in drawing attention to such a terrible situation. A person believes an Attorney will uphold their wishes when this doesn't happen many people are saddened. How can this attorney not find bonds that another attorney seems to have found? Sounds like something is rotten in Denmark to me too. I just read an article yesterday about another corrupt attorney in Uniontown. Seems like a trend in that neck of the woods. [sad]
