State police said a car driven by Sandra Brooks of Brownsville crashed on Route 166 at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Several hundred feet of copper pipe owned by Armstrong Development Properties of Pittsburgh was stolen from a location in South Union Township between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

State police said vandals damaged mailboxes owned by James Smith and Jacqueline Parryman, both of Dunbar Township, Wednesday afternoon.

Elaine Buckley of Clarksville suffered minor injuries when the vehicle she was driving crashed on North Gallatin Avenue at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Martin E. Manches, 43, of Chalk Hill was charged with drunken driving following a traffic accident in Wharton Township Aug. 6, state police said.

Vandals damaged a vehicle owned by Apria Health Care of Smock while it was parked in Menallen Township between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.
