Agnes L. Franklin Casteel age 75, of Uniontown died Thursday, April 1, 2010 in the Uniontown Hospital.

Born on October 13, 1934 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of Jess Franklin and Margaret (Cole) Franklin.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Casteel; a daughter, Deborah Shartiger; and a son, David Everett.

Agnes is survived by lifetime companion Robert N. Bowlin; two sons: Richard Franklin and his wife Ruth Ann of Jacksonville, Florida and Larry "Buck" Casteel of McClellandtown, Pennsylvania two daughters: Charlene Casteel of Uniontown, Janie Moser of McClellandtown; Connie Casteel and 20 other grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as great nieces and nephews; and a sister, Ella Mae Fabian.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where family will receive friends today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and will continue on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. with a Service celebrating Agnes's life at 2 p.m.

Interment will be private.
