Darlene Phillips, 47 of Mount Morris, Pa., died Wednesday, November 18, 2009, the result of an auto accident.

Surviving are her husband David Phillips; a son Garrett Phillips; her father Merle Shaffer of Carmichaels, Pa.; three brothers and one sister.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion.
