Richard "Rick" Lee Wilburn, Jr., 40, of Markleysburg, Pa., formerly of Fairchance, Pa., passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009 from a cardiac arrest.
Services will be held in the CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Farmington, Pa. at 11 a.m. today with Rev. David Herring officiating.
Interment will follow in the Thomas Cemetery.
