Sgt. Frederick Burton Lewis died peacefully in his sleep Sunday, November 15, 2009.

Survived by his wife Sandy Lewis; twin brother Frank D. Lewis of Uniontown; sister Annetta McNeely; daughters: Tamara Lewis, Barbara Caraballo, Buffy Moats and Kimberly Tomimitshu; 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family is meeting privately to commemorate Fred's life this week. He will be sadly loved and missed by family and friends.
