The No. 20 California University of Pennsylvania football team earned the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West title outright on Saturday night with a 28-7 victory over Mercyhurst at Adamson Stadium.

The Vulcans improve to 8-2 overall and 7-0 in league play and play at Shippensburg against the Red Raiders next Saturday.
