Penn State Fayette, the Eberly Campus won the Penn State University Athletic Conference Championship Sunday in State College.

The Roaring Lions defeated Penn State Mt. Alto 3-0. to advance to the national tournament in Louisville, Ky. on Wednesday.

The sixth-ranked Roaring Lions won with scores of 25-12, 25-21 and 25-20. Leah Ambrosini led the team with 16 kills and Heather Kelly added 10. Alex Rossi had six service aces, seven blocks and nine digs. Katie Sleaseman had 16 assists and Meagan Leary chipped in with 13.
