Two Fayette County men are in jail on charges that they broke into a Henry Clay Township home last week, and stole guns and money.

Trooper James A. Pierce on Monday arrested Jamie Lee Shriver, 41, of 229 Bowood Road, Smithfield, and Christopher J. Helmick, 31, of 345 Minehill Road, Adah.

Police said the pair broke into Kenneth Dewayne Rugg's home at 571 Mae West Road between 1:38 and 1:45 p.m. Oct. 26. They were captured on videotape leaving the home on a game/deer camera mounted in the back yard of Rugg's home. They were identified when police made the photo public and asked for help.

Pierce said both men were charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit, theft and criminal mischief and committed to Fayette County Prison on $25,000 bond by Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis.
