Brian S. Wingrove, 30, of Smock was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred at 4 Enamel St. at 12:30 a.m. Thursday, state police said.

Wingrove allegedly repeatedly kicked the door to the home of Thomas R. Stewart III, 61, of Uniontown while yelling and screaming at Stewart.

Charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis, police said.

South Union Twp.

Bruce Edward Jordan, 21, of New Salem was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and other summary offenses following a traffic stop in front of 555 Duck Hollow Rd. at 2:30 a.m. Friday, state police said.

German Twp.

Danzel Lawrence Mozie, 19, of Edenborn was cited for harassment and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred at 66 Main St., Edenborn, at 3 a.m. Thursday, state police reported.

Mozie allegedly struck Caitlyn Tiara George, 20, of Uniontown in the face and damaged her vehicle.

The charges were filed with the office of Magisterial District Judge Randy Abraham, police said.

Wharton Twp.

No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on Route 40, 1,673 feet south of Burke Road at 6:46 a.m. Friday, state police said.

A vehicle driven by Kathy L. Conn, 52, of Confluence was traveling west on Route 40 when Conn lost control, crossed the eastbound land and overturned off the side of the road.

The 2004 Chrysler Pacifica came to rest facing west off to the side of the eastbound lane, police said.

North Union Twp.

A laptop computer was taken from a location at 26 Greenpoint Circle between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. Thursday, state police said.

The owner is Adrienne Sisler, 28, of Uniontown.

Ohiopyle

A pallet of tan, flat decorative stoen was taken from the front of a home at 136 Grant St. between 8 a.m. Jan. 27 and 11:13 a.m. Jan. 29, state police said.

The owner is Gerard Dorundo, 50, of Ohiopyle.

Redstone Twp.

Rosilyn Bell of Brownsville was charged with giving false identification to law enforcement and several vehicle code violation after she allegedly gave false information to police during a traffic stop along Simpson Road at Hunters Ridge at 5:40 p.m. Jan. 29, state police said.

The charges were filed in the office of Magisterial District Judge Michael Defino Jr., police said.

Springfield Twp.

Approximately 750 gallons of oil was taken from an oil tank at 749 Mill Run Road between 6 p.m. Jan. 31 and 6 a.m. Feb. 1, state police said.

The owner is Lisa Dawn Show of Springfield Township. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-439-7111.

South Union Twp.

A portable DVD player was taken from a vehicle at 515 West Main St. between 5 and 6 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.

The owner is Candie Jo Evens, 25, of Smithfield.
