More charges filed against Dunbar Township chiropractor after police interview fourth alleged victim

chiropractic practice reported to state police that he had sexually assaulted her during appointments. Jon E. Rumbaugh, 58, was charged by state police Tuesday with misdemeanors of indecent assault invasion of privacy. According to the criminal complaint, police interviewed the alleged victim on March 12. She reported that she had multiple appointments at Rumbaugh’s Dunbar Township practice between 2018 and 2022 for upper back and neck pain.
