Elva Conroy will celebrate her 90th birthday on Monday. She is the widow of the late Bill Conroy.

Elva Conroy received greetings from her nephew, Judge William R. Wingard, who is a commissioner on the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Phoenix, Ariz. Wingard is the son of former residents Janet and Hobart “Red” Wingard of Sun City West, Ariz.
