Mr. and Mrs. George Joseph III of Jefferson Township are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Joe Gardner, son of Cindy and Joe Gardner of Perryopolis.

Jennifer is a 2006 graduate of Frazier High School and also graduated from California University of Pennsylvania. She is employed as an elementary school teacher.

Her fiancè graduated from Frazier High School in 2007 and is currently employed in the I.U.O.E. Local 66 as an operating engineer.

A fall wedding in 2014 is being planned by the couple.
