U.S. STEEL PENSIONEER CLUB will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Golden Corral.
BELL TELEPHONE OPERATORS will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Monday at Eat n’ Park.
AMERICAN LEGION POST 51 will hold an executive board meeting at 6 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Nominations of officers will be held at this time.
MARY BETH CIRCLE OF ASBURY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church. The program will be given by Cindy Ekas Brown from the food bank on a new program that is being developed. Hostesses for the evening will be Myrtle Cole and Audrey White.
MASONTOWN COMMUNITY KITCHEN will host their next meal from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 102 W. Church Ave. The menu will be chicken sandwiches, pasta salad, Panera breads and desserts. The kitchen is funded through contributions collected from those attending meals and by the local churches and individuals who donated to the mission. NEW SALEM AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY UNIT 753 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the post home. A memorial service for all deceased members will be conducted.
ROSCOE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH will have a spaghetti dinner and dessert 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hugo’s Restaurant. Take-out will be available. Raffles will also be held.
ST. MARY’S (NATIVITY) GOLDEN CLUB will meet at 1 p.m. Monday in the Meadow Heights meeting room on Beeson Boulevard.
SMITHFIELD STEPPING FORWARD will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Smithfield Public Library at the Borough Building. The group will finalize plans for the upcoming bake sale on Election Day, May 21, in the community center. For more information, call Brenda Zorosky at 724-569-1045.
