BELL TELEPHONE OPERATORS will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Monday at Eat n’ Park restaurant.
BROWNSVILLE DEMOCRAT WOMEN will hold their regular monthly meeting 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hugo’s Restaurant, 687 National Pike, W. Brownsville. All members are urged to attend to finalize the plans for the fall luncheon. New members are welcome.
MASONTOWN COMMUNITY KITCHEN will hold its next meal 4-6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church, 102 W. Church Ave., Masontown. The meal will be creamed chicken over rice, broccoli, Panera Breads and desserts. The soup kitchen’s meals are free, but freewill donations are welcomed and help provide for future meals. MONONGAHELA RIVER BUFF’S final meeting of the year will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at the River Museum, 175 Second St., Monongahela. The guest speaker will be Larry Gallant whose topic is “Columbus Was Lost – A Heretical History of Who was First.” The public is invited to attend and refreshments will be served. ST. MARY’S GOLDEN CLUB will meet 1 p.m. Monday in the Meadow Heights meeting room, Beeson Boulevard. A covered dish luncheon will be served. Members whose last name starts with A to H are to bring a dessert, I to Q a vegetable and R to Z a salad. New members are welcome.
