Connellsville Redevelopment Authority obtains title to WCVI
CONNELLSVILLE — The Connellsville Redevelopment Authority has obtained the title to the WCVI building and is continuing to plan for demolishing the vacant structure.
Solicitor Tim Witt told authority board members on Monday that he filed a quiet title action and obtained a clear title to the property.

The authority is planning to use grant money to tear down the building, which has been vacant for many years and has been declared an imminent threat to public health and safety by the city health board.
