Corner Cupboard announces new executive director
The Corner Cupboard Food Bank recently announced that Maribeth Coote of Graysville has joined its team as its new executive director.
Coote will be working to manage and operate the current food assistance programs through the Corner Cupboard and to improve the sustainability of the organization.
“Maribeth brings a fresh perspective to our organization and we’re excited to welcome her,” said Kelly Stepp, vice president of the board. “We’re looking forward to the progress of the organization through Maribeth’s positivity and commitment to serving her community.”
“I am excited to start a new challenge within the Corner Cupboard Food Bank, and look forward to working with our dedicated team of pantry coordinators to work together and feed our neighbors,” Coote said.
Coote comes with background experience in non-profit organizations and small business management.
Prior to this position, she worked for Habitat for Humanity of Greene County, Hospice Care, Inc., Direct Results and Jonathan David Woodworking.
