Passavant awards scholarship to Brownsville graduate

Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation (PMHF) announced Jayda Jones of Brownsville Area High School is recipient of its 2019 Community Service Scholarship, created in memory of Jamie Ellenberger, who was served by Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services and an active member in the community. Jones participated in community service, including Light Up Night, Relay for Life, Meals on the Boulevard, Salvation Army and Students in Action. She was also involved in many extracurricular activities. Jones is attending Fordham College at Lincoln Center in New York City.
