FROM THE SUBMITTER: Every day Christine strives to make the world a better place for every person she encounters. Whether it be strangers on the street, co-workers, family members, or neighbors, everyone is on her radar of good deeds. Her niece, Alexandra, has been fighting cancer since she was 4 years old and she is now 16. Christine has worked endlessly to raise funds to assist her family with the exhaustive expenses incurred throughout her battle. To formalize her efforts, she has even created charitable entity in her niece’s name – Alexandra’s Butterflies of Hope. This charity has aided not only Alexandra, but also other children fighting cancer. If the world had more people like Christine, it would be a much better place.
