WILLIAMSBURG – The National Park Service will present “Heritage Hike: Biking the Lower Trail” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, at the Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site. The event will begin in Williamsburg and will offer a bicycle travel adventure and glance at canal transportation history. Call 814-886-6150.
