Twin Lakes to host event

GREENSBURG – The 28th annual Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 4-7 at Twin Lakes Park in Greensburg. The event will feature arts and crafts, live entertainment on five stages and food. This Fourth of July celebration also offers a children’s area, petting zoo, Carnegie Science Center demonstrations, a backyard circus and more. Admission is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
