The Pennsylvania Arts & Crafts Christmas Festival will return Saturday and Sunday to the Washington County Fairgrounds. The event will feature more than 200 high-quality arts, crafts and food booths with vendors coming from 10 states. Festival hours are daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission cost is $5 for adults, $4.50 for senior citizens age 65 and older and $1 for children ages 6 to 12. Children under 6 years of age are admitted free. Additional discounts are available for groups of 20 or more.
