AG to present ‘Sorry, Wrong Chimney’
YORK RUN – Albert Gallatin High School students will present “Sorry! Wrong Chimney!” at 7 p.m. today in the senior high auditorium. There is a charge for adults and children. Cast members include Ryan Wilson as Dave Tuttle, Angela Allison as Samantha Tuttle, Laura Koposko as Natalie Weldon, Robert Kelly as William Weldon, Andy Brady as Kris Kreigle, Ashley Huey as Sheila and Chris Lewis as The Policeman. Sara Grimplin is stage manager. Beth Essinger-Hileman created the costumes. Allison Koposko is in charge of lights. Directors are Jackie Davis and Jeanne Fike.
The entire action of the story takes place 10 days before Christmas in David and Samantha Tuttle’s apartment.
Tuttle is a struggling young executive who takes on a second job as a Santa in order to buy his wife an expensive gift.
Samantha Tuttle becomes suspicious about David putting in extra hours at the office.
Her imagination runs wild when she overhears a conversation between her husband and their neighbor/friend Natalie Weldon. Samantha pulls Natalie’s husband, William Weldon, into her delusions of David and Natalie having an affair. William, a psychiatrist, agrees to hypnotize David into loving his wife again – of course, without his permission.
Adding to this fast-paced comedy of misplaced hypnotism is a man who believes he is Santa Claus, his doggedly devoted fiancée and a policeman determined to institute law and order among the chaos.
