St. Vincent College to present ‘The Odd Couple’ female version
LATROBE – The St. Vincent College Players announce the cast for a student production of the popular comedy, “The Odd Couple (Female Version)” by Neil Simon. The cast includes students Rose Ciglar, Marisa DiMarco, Cassie Williams, Amanda Doman, Katie Killen, Teresa DeFlitch, Benny Kleifgen and Chuq Alsdurf.
Neil Simon wrote this new, feminine take on “The Odd Couple,” his classic comedy of mismatched roommates. Instead of Oscar and Felix, meet Olive Madison, a messy career woman and Florence Unger, a neat freak, as they try to live in the same apartment. It’s going to be hysterically funny to see how well the two friends adjust to this new living arrangement.
Performances will be in the Robert S. Carey Student Center Auditorium on the campus of St. Vincent College at 8:10 p.m. Saturday, Friday, March 21, and Saturday March 22, and 2:10 p.m. Sunday and Sunday, March 23. The show is directed by Joseph Reilly and produced by the Rev. Thomas Devereux, O.S.B. Reservations are requested and can be made by calling the St. Vincent Theatre box office at 724-537-8900.
