4-H Dog Club to howl again
Penn State Cooperative Extension announces the reorganization of the Fayette County 4-H Dog Club. Training sessions are set for Saturday mornings in May, June and July in the 4-H Youth Building at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. The club is open to children between the ages of 8 and 19 with an interest in learning about dog grooming, showmanship and dog obedience. A dog is not necessary for club participation. The group has some dogs in need of handlers. Club meetings will include instruction, hands-on learning, guest speakers and demonstrations. New club leaders are Sharon Bealko, organizational leader from Uniontown, and Vicki Robosky, project leader and owner of “Albright’s Grooming Shack” in Bullskin Township.
