Recipe: Champagne cocktail
Champagne Cocktail
Yield: 1 cocktail
1 sugar cube
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
4-6 ounces Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Lemon peel, to garnish
Procedure:
1. Place the sugar cube on a spoon and douse with Angostura bitters.
2. Drop the doused sugar cube into a Champagne flute and top with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve immediately.
