Get Out and GO! Weekend shows to consider

Wiz Khalifa, has favored the biggest local joints lately, including headlining shows at Consol Energy Center and First Niagara Pavilion.

So little surprise then, that Pittsburgh’s original rap star was able to sell out three straight nights at the 650-capacity Mr. Smalls Theatre with the remainder of them tonight and Saturday.

A little home cooking and smoking might be just what’s needed for the 27-year-old-chart topper whose wife of one year filed for divorce a few months ago.

Khalifa’s “Blacc Hollywood Big Secret Tour” is supporting his August album, which debuted atop the Billboard chart, boosted by the lead-off single, “We Dem Boyz,” that’s become a staple at football stadiums.

Khalifa’s opening act for his Millvale shows is Uzi. And while tickets are all gone, those who’ve purchased them can pay $199 for an upgrade that includes a meet-and-greet with Khalifa, along with an autographed poster and commemorative laminate.

Craig Ferguson is a month away from signing off as host of CBS’s “The Late, Late Show,” ending a successful 10-year run.

The Scottish-born comedian might mention that tonight when he brings his standup show to the Carnegie Library Music Hall of Homestead.

Nominated for a Grammy for his 2013 comedy album “I’m Here to Help” (losing out to Kathy Griffin), Ferguson’s 8 p.m. show has tickets remaining from $45 to $80.
