Recipe: Espresso with Irish Cream
Yield: 1 cocktail
2 ounces brewed espresso
2 ounces Irish Cream
4 ounces heavy cream
Dollop whipped cream
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
Procedure:
1. In an Irish coffee mug, combine the espresso, Irish Cream, and heavy cream and stir to thoroughly combine.
2. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and dash of pumpkin pie spice and serve immediately.
