Yield: 2 cocktails

¾ cup Lambrusco

3 ounces sparkling orange water (or orange soda)

1 ounce bourbon

2 orange wheels, to garnish

Procedure:

1. In a pitcher, combine the Lambrusco, sparkling orange water, and bourbon and stir to combine.

2. Fill two rocks glasses with ice, pour the cocktail over the ice, garnish each cocktail with an orange wheel, and serve immediately.
