In-person theater camps held at Cal U
Children aged 5-7 attended the Mon Valley Performig Arts Academy Summer Experience Jr. at California University of Pennsylvania from June 14-18.
The camp was held in person, following COVID-19 safety protocols. Children took acting, voice and dance classes, learning new skills that they showcased in a performance last Friday.
Children aged 8-17 will be on the Cal U campus on July 12-16 and July 19-23, as the university hosts the academy’s Summer Experience. They will take classes in acting, voice, dance and technical aspects of theater, and rehearse for a performance on the last day of camp.
