Yield: 1 cocktail

1 teaspoon Celery Salt

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

1 lime wedge

1 lemon wedge

4 ounces tomato or vegetable juice

2 ounces vodka

2 dashes Tabasco

3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon horseradish

Pinch of celery salt

Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper

Pinch of smoked paprika

Small pickle and two Kalamata olives, skewered to garnish

1. Combine the teaspoon of celery salt with ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika on a small dinner plate and stir to evenly combine. Rub the lime wedge across the rim of a pint glass or mason jar and then rub the rim of the glass in the celery salt and smoked paprika mixture until coated. Fill the rimmed glass with ice and reserve for later use.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then squeeze the lemon and lime wedge over the ice and drop them into the shaker. Add the tomato or vegetable juice, vodka, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish to the shaker and season with celery salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and smoked paprika.

3. Gently shake, strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with the pickle and Kalamata olive skewer.
