Man charged
Scott Rolf of Clarksville was charged with harassment following an altercation with Lisa Martin, also of Clarksville, at a location in Morgan Twp. on July 14, state police said.
Window broken
State police said Patty Ferguson of Clarksville reported that someone broke the front window of her Teagarden Homes residence sometime between 9 p.m. July 27 and 8 a.m. July 28.
Theft probed
State police said Justin Eugene Schrout of Morgantown, W.Va., reported that someone stole the catalytic converter from his vehicle while it was parked disabled in a Dunkard Twp. lot between 11 p.m. July 27 and 6 a.m. July 28.
Crash investigated
State police said Stephen Kiger of Waynesburg lost control of his vehicle about 10 a.m. July 27 while traveling on Crabapple Drive in Franklin Twp. and struck two parked vehicles. State police said Kiger suffered a minor injury. The vehicles received moderate damage.
Theft reported
State police said a riding lawn mower owned by Heather Smithley of Dilliner was stolen from a location on Moffit Road in Dunkard Twp. sometime between July 23 and July 25.
Jewelry stolen
Fannie Machesky of Waynesburg told police that jewelry she owns was stolen from a location on Crabapple Drive in Franklin Twp. between June 17 and July 25, state police said.
Vandalism reported
Southwest Regional police said vandals shot paint balls at a vehicle owned by Jerry Fox of Mt. Morris while the vehicle was parked on Big Shannon Run Road in Perry Twp. July 21.
Window shattered
Cindy Faieta of Mather told state police that sometime between 10 p.m. July 29 and 8 a.m. July 30 someone used a stone to shatter the rear window of her 2011 Toyota Camry while it was parked on Short St. in Jefferson Twp.
Window damaged
State police said sometime between 4 a.m. and 9 p.m. July 31 someone damaged the front window of a residence on Elm St. in Jefferson Twp. by unknown means. The house belongs to Patricia Ealy of Clarksville, police said.
