Couple celebrates 60th wedding anniversary
Allen and Sue Stephenson of Fairmont, W.Va. celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 4.
The couple was married at the First Presbyterian Church in Masontown on Aug. 4, 1951.
They are the parents of Cindy (and Brad) Vance of Maryville, Tenn., and David and Carol Stephenson of Fairmont, W.Va.
They are the grandparents of Matt and Amanda Vance, Stephanie Vance, Megan Stephenson and Mia Stephenson.
Allen Stephenson is a mechanical engineer and is retired from Westinghouse Electric Corp. and Phillips Lighting Company. Sue Stephenson is a homemaker.
The couple celebrated their anniversary with a family celebration.
