James William Brown III

James William Brown III, 54, of Carmichaels, died Monday, August 8, 2011, in his home.

He was born January 4, 1957, in Elyria, Ohio, a son of the late James W. Jr. and Patty Sue Delaney Brown.

Mr. Brown was a 1975 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School and served in the U.S. Army.

He was the former owner of Brown’s Tavern in Nemacolin.

Mr. Brown was a member of The Journey church.

On December 23, 1982, he married Christine Wingard, who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Patty Sue Brown, at home, and a son, Bill Burchianti of Uniontown.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Multiple Sclerosis Service Society, 875 Greentree Road, 2 Parkway Center Suite 125, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.
