Items stolen

Michael Bailey Jr. of Waynesburg told police that a video game system, video games, a leather jacket, a necklace and DVDs were stolen from his residence in Franklin wp. between Jan. 18 and Aug. 8, state police said.

Man charged

Paul Blake, 23, of Aleppo was charged with harassment after he pulled the hair of a 15-year-old girl during an altercation at a residence on Water Street in Aleppo Twp. at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 10, state police said.

Crash reported

State police said vehicles driven by Rachael Walker, 32, of Carmichaels and Ralph Knipe, 57, of Cambridge, Ohio collided on Route 88 in Jefferson Twp. at 4 p.m. Aug. 9. Police did not indicate whether either driver was injured.

Two charged

State police said Amanda Lynn Sabo, 23, and Kristine Marie Seeholzer, 22, both of Waynesburg, were each charged with simple assault following an altercation at a Mountain View Gardens residence in Franklin Twp. at 12:50 p.m. Aug. 9. Police said both sustained injuries in the incident.

Woman cited

State police said Wendy L. Naylor, 48, of Point Marion was cited with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a lawn located at a residence in Blosser Hill Road in Springhill Twp. and owned by Patrick A. Cogar, 43, of Point Marion at 3:41 a.m. Aug. 13.

Woman charged

Alexandra M. Lohr, 18, of Waynesburg was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief for allegedly causing a disturbance and damaging items at the Waynesburg Walmart in Franklin Twp. at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 13, state police said.

Four injured

State police said four people suffered minor injuries when vehicles driven by Gunaajav Unurbat, 42, of Jefferson and Joseph D. Vincent, 25, of Jefferson crashed on Route 188 in Jefferson near the Jefferson Volunteer Fire Department at 7:41 p.m. Aug. 12. Police said Vincent and three passengers in his vehicle were injured. Police said Unurbat was arrested for driving under the influence, arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates and placed in Greene County Prison after failing to post a $25,000 straight cash bond.

Vehicle scratched

Mike Johnson of Carmichaels told state police that sometime on Aug. 15 someone driving a red Dodge truck scratched the paint of his Jeep Cherokee while it was parked at Walmart in Franklin Twp. The suspect also climbed underneath the vehicle and pulled out several wires, police said.

Assault reported

State police said Nicole Wilson, 23, of Waynesburg was taken into custody for simple assault following a dispute with Michael Braun, 28, also of Waynesburg, at a residence on Cook Ave. in Franklin Twp. at 5 p.m. Aug. 13.

Clubs stolen

Thomas Rohanna of Waynesburg told state police that sometime between 8 a.m. July 13 and 3 p.m. July 14 someone stole his golf clubs from Rohanna’s Golf Course in Franklin Twp.

Accident reported

Cumberland Twp. police said that Frank Mitzen of Parkview Knoll reported his car was hit while parked outside of the 300 building in Cumberland Twp. on Aug. 11.

Scams reported

Cumberland Twp. police said that phone and mail scams have been reported by area residents. Included in those were scams where people were asking for money orders and cell phones, or asking for money to help them on vacation.
