Garden Club holds forum
The Town & Country Garden Club of Rices Landing held a member forum at its recent meeting.
?Former Penn State Master Gardeners and club members Carol Patterson and Jean Scott, displayed and discussed garden tools past and present. Members shared their gardening tips and ideas.
The club’s July plans include attending the flower shows of Martha Washington Garden Club at the Crown Center Mall on July 15 and 16 and Great Meadows Garden Club at the Uniontown Mall on July 20. They will also tour members’ flower gardens.
Monthly club meetings are the second Thursday of most months at 6:30?p.m. at Hewitt Presbyterian Church. For more information on attending a meeting, call 724-966-5856.
