Janet M. Rutan
Janet M. Rutan, 70, of Graysville, died Friday, July 1, 2011, in Donnell House, Washington, following a brief illness.
She was born October 29, 1940, in Sturgeon, a daughter of the late Paul and Natalie Bykens Dufour.
Mrs. Rutan worked for Best Feeds and Farm Supply in Oakdale for 33 years as a sewer.
She enjoyed washing clothes, canning, baking, shopping and playing games on her computer.
On March 16, 1960, in Imperial, she married Harry L. Rutan, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Harry P. (Tammy) Rutan and Clint O. Rutan, both of Graysville; a daughter, Rita (Mark) Allen of Graysville; two brothers, Donald (Georgina) Dufour of Sturgeon and Paul Dufour of Paris; three sisters, Anita Crouse of Burgettstown, Nancy Kisner of Sturgeon and Cheryl (Jim) Zibert of Midway; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Joann Bender.
