Virginia Mae Spicer Clark, 88, of Waynesburg, formerly of Davistown, died at 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2012, in Evergreen Personal Care, Waynesburg.

She was born Thursday, May 17, 1923, in Maidsville, W.Va., daughter of the late Lorry H. Spicer and Eva Malinda King Spicer.

Mrs. Clark spent most of her life in Davistown.

A homemaker, she loved making quilts and playing bingo.

Her husband, Fred R. Clark, died April 26, 1995.

Surviving are a daughter, Ethel Richter of Waynesburg; two sons and their wives, Gary (Candy) Lohiser of Mt. Morris and Fred (Dolly) Fordyce of Ashtabula, Ohio; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the last of her immediate family.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are two sisters, Mary Spicer Booher and Thelma Spicer Cumpston, and two brothers, Albert and Charles Spicer.
