Bonnie L. Bell, 66, of Jackson Township, Greene County, died at 9:25 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2012, in her home, after battling a cancer-related illness for the past year.

She was born June 27, 1946, in Morgantown, W.Va., a daughter of the late Edward Norman and Helen Juanita Kirby Knicely.

Mrs. Bell had resided in Eastlake, Ohio, for several years, prior to moving to Greene County in 1996.

She was a member of Valley Chapel United Methodist Church in Holbrook and West Greene Area Senior Citizens.

Mrs. Bell attended school in Booth, W.Va.

She enjoyed ceramics and her family. She was proud of the log cabin that she and her husband built from lumber on their property.

Mrs. Bell was employed by PCC Airfoils in Wickliffe, Ohio, for several years, prior to her last employment in the custodial/maintenance department of Eastlake School system in Willoughby, Ohio, retiring in 1992.

On July 13, 1964, she married Arthur Ray Bell, who died August 8, 1999.

Surviving are two daughters, Tammy D. Bell of Painesville Township, Ohio, and Tina, wife of Frank Orgovan of Eastlake; a son, Mike, husband of Rose Bell of McMinnville, Tenn.; five sisters, Ardi, wife of Ray Brown of Old Town, Fla., Jean Holt, companion of Bob Bell of Spraggs, Mae, wife of George Michael and Kathy, wife of William Ross, both of Rivesville, W.Va., and Patty, wife of Ed White of Priest River, Idaho; two brothers, Donnie, husband of Sharon Knicely of Priest River and Robbie Knicely of Rivesville; a brother-in-law, Paul Eddy of Rivesville; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, is a sister, Frances Eddy.
