Frances O. Salisbury, 74, of Waynesburg, died Monday, May 6, 2013, in her home.

She was born June 7, 1938, in Washington, a daughter of the late Frank and Marie Allen Marris.

Mrs. Salisbury was a homemaker. She enjoyed working outside and animals, especially birds.

Surviving are a daughter, Judy (John) Luckett of Graysville; two stepsons, Billy and Jimmy Salisbury; two stepdaughters, Shirley Marlene Marquis and Joyce Walker; two sisters, Twila Moore and Shirley Moore, both of Washington; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her husband, James Robert Salisbury; a sister, Wilda Durilla; and four brothers, Robert, Dewey, Joe and Grover Lee Holmes.
