Favorite subject, teacher: Math, Mr. Bates.

Most memorable sports moment: Catcher Kevin Ridgley stepping in front of a home plate to set a tag on an oncoming runner. He was bulldozed by the runner and did not make the tag. But it is a moment I will never forget.

Favorite food: Pizza.

Least favorite cafeteria food: Chicken nuggets.

Most recent book read (excluding textbooks): The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.

All-time favorite movie: The Waterboy.
