Yellow Jackets’ offense well represented on all-PAC team
Waynesburg University placed four offensive players on the first team and Connellsville grad Nick Comsa earned first-team defensive honors on the Presidents’ Athletic Conference all-conference team.
Jake Brumley (Sr., offensive line), Bernie Thompson (Sr., wide receiver), Zac Capan (Sr., tight end/H-back), and Carter Hill (Sr., quarterback) all earned first-team honors. Comsa, a junior at Carnegie Mellon, earned first-team honors as a linebacker.
Earning second-team honors for the Yellow Jackets were Nik Sappie (Sr., offensive line), Uniontown grad Jake Forsythe (Sr., running back), J.T. Thompson (Sr., defensive line), Mike Lopuchovsky (Jr., defensive back), Jonathan Hager (Soph., punter), and Willie Leavell (Sr., returner). The Yellow Jackets’ Andrew English (Sr., wide receiver), Zach Machuga (Soph., defensive line), Josh Tolliver (Sr., defensive line), Kyle Richey (Sr., linebacker), John Sikora (Sr., linebacker), and Carmichaels’ Josh Mundell (Soph., defensive back) received honorable mention honors.
