Waynesburg announces agreement with Alderson Broaddus University

Waynesburg University recently developed an articulation agreement with Alderson Broaddus University for students who wish to apply to the Alderson Broaddus’ Physician Assistant Studies Program.

The agreement will provide further career specialization training for Waynesburg students interested in pursuing physician assistant education.

“We are proud to offer our students yet another opportunity to pursue advanced education,” said Dr. Jacquelyn Core, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs at Waynesburg University.

Participating students will be co-advised by faculty members from both Waynesburg University and Alderson Broaddus University during their undergraduate studies at Waynesburg University. Satisfactory completion of all the criteria required by Alderson Broaddus will guarantee students an interview for consideration of admission into the Physician Assistant Program.

The undergraduate degree will be awarded by Waynesburg University, while the graduate degree will be awarded by Alderson Broaddus University.

Students will have the opportunity to apply for the Physician Assistant Program immediately.
