M. Keith Marucci
M. Keith Marucci, 61, of Crucible, and formerly of Brownsville, died unexpectedly at 10:55 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, 2015 in his home.
He was born February 28, 1954 in Brownsville, a son of the late Mendan and Ethel (Shea) Marucci.
Mr. Marucci was a graduate of Brownsville Area High School and resided in Crucible since 2004.
In July of this year, he retired from the Consolidated Coal Company Bailey Mine. Mr. Marucci enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, camping, swimming and four-wheeling. He will be sadly missed by his dog, Darma.
On December 3, 2013, he married Patricia L. (Frayte) Christopher, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Brandon Marucci and Derek Marucci, both of Brownsville, John A. Christopher and his fiancé, April Shipley, of Round Rock, Texas and Adam J. Christopher and his wife, Tammy D., of Rices Landing; a daughter, Angela Marucci of Brownsville; five grandchildren, Jonathan Christopher, Katrina Christopher, Heidi Christopher, Cassidy Phillips and Joseph Chidester; a great grandson, Bryce Geisel; a sister, Carol Rocks of Ohio and a nephew and a niece.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels, where a blessing service will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, followed at 12 Noon by a Mass of the Resurrection at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Crucible with the Rev. John M. Bauer officiating. Interment will follow at St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Hopwood, Pa. A vigil service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home.
