WAYNESBURG — The state Supreme Court on Tuesday appointed Jesse Cramer, a senior magisterial district judge from Belle Vernon, Fayette County, to serve the unexpired term of Lou Dayich, who was elected in November to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas.
Dayich has served as a district judge since January 2000, and his present term expires Dec. 31, 2017. Cramer will take over the responsibilities of Dayich’s office Jan. 4, and according to Shelia Rode, Greene County’s court administrator, Cramer initially will work four days a week.
