Window damaged

State police said George Dalton Johnston Jr. of Mather reported that sometime between 2 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 12 someone damaged the rear window of his Chevy Silverado while it was parked in the Village of Mather in Morgan Twp.

Man cited

State police said Brian David Taylor was cited for retail theft after he allegedly stole items from the Jefferson BFS station on Nov. 17.

Accident reported

State police said Billy Bainbridge, 42, of Crucible was not injured when the vehicle he was driving traveled off the roadway and into a guardrail along Route 21 in Gray Twp. on Dec. 22.

Criminal mischief

State police said unknown actor(s) punctured a tire of a 2005 Ford Taurus at at a residence on N. Vine St. in Carmichaels sometime between Dec. 23 and 25.

Vehicle crash

State police said a two-vehicle accident occurred on at 2:17 p.m. on Dec. 25 when Alekhya Vaddiraj of Charlotte, North Carolina, lost control of the vehicle she was driving on Interstate 79 near mile marker 3.5 in Perry Twp., crossed the median and struck the guard rail on the west side of the roadway. The driver suffered moderate injury and was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.

Access Device Fraud

State police said Dana Rose of Carmichaels reported that someone cloned her ATM card and used it to make purchases on Nov. 19.

Camera stolen

Sharon Lynne Snyder of Waynesburg reported to state police that sometime between Nov. 1 and Dec. 5 someone stole a Moultrie Trail camera from her residence on Nice St. in Franklin Twp.

Mailboxes smashed

State police said someone smashed mailboxes in front of residences in Morgan Twp. at 5 p.m. on Dec. 13 and in front of residences in Center Twp. at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 13. Anyone with information about these incident should contact state police at 724-627-6151.

Theft reported

State police said sometime between 9 a.m. Dec. 22 and 11:30 p.m. Dec. 23 someone stole 41 wooden posts along Glover Hill Road in New Freeport and a compressor near a residence on the same road. Anyone with information about these incident should contact state police at 724-627-6151.
