Carmichaels built a big lead in the first half and didn’t look back for a 55-36 non-section victory Wednesday night against visiting Mapletown.

The Mikes (3-7) led 21-9, 34-16 and 44-29 at the quarter breaks.

Jacob Kinsell was one of four Carmichaels players in double digits with a game-high 15 points. Jacob Wamsley (12), Liam Shea (11), and Nick Mundell (10) were also in double figures.

Ben Boone led the Maples (0-11) with 14 points. Tanner Griffin added 12.
